By accessing or using HIRA ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

HIRA is an AI-powered interview practice platform that provides users with simulated phone interviews using artificial intelligence technology. The Service is designed to help job seekers prepare for real interviews through realistic practice sessions.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Providing accurate and complete information
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose. Specifically, you agree NOT to:

• Use the AI interview system for any illegal activities
• Attempt to deceive, defraud, or mislead others using content generated by the Service
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
• Use the Service to generate false credentials or misrepresent qualifications
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations regarding AI use
• Use automated systems or bots to access the Service without permission
• Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the AI models or algorithms

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account and access to the Service.

5. Payment Terms

All payments for the Service are processed securely by Dodo Payments, our authorized payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to Dodo Payments' terms and conditions.

• Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified
• All fees are non-recurring unless explicitly stated as a subscription
• You authorize us to charge your selected payment method

6. Refund Policy

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase.

To request a refund:

• Contact our support team via the Contact page
• Provide your order confirmation and reason for refund
• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days

Please note that refunds may not be available if the Service has been substantially used or if you have violated these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Mansoor Ali Khan Syed Issak (operating as N3 Technologies) and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

HIRA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service. The Service is provided for practice purposes only and does not guarantee any specific outcomes in actual job interviews.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of the United Arab Emirates.
